Xyla is a business solutions technology lead at HCSC (Health Care Services Corporation). As a business solutions lead she works with clinical and technical leads to assess idea scope and requirements for project delivery. Xyla has served as Illinois state chair for WISE (Women Improving the Strength of the Enterprise), a Center for Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion business resource group at HCSC. WISE curates and produces career development, commerce, cultural, and community programs for its members and HCSC employees. Her interests include producing, writing and acting. Xyla holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.

Serves as a client advocate at the Soul City Church House of Hope Gospel Justice Center and production assistant at the Soul City Church.
